Starting at $6,500

(minimum 3-4 team members)

  • Schedules and attends all vendor meetings

  • Correspondence with vendors throughout the wedding planning stage – contacts venders regularly to ensure all venders are updated on wedding day schedule and any changes if necessary.

  • Organization – ensures the couple is working within budget, manages contracts,

  • Organizes receipts, creates timelines, and ensures all are easily accessible if needed for review.

  • Wedding prep – wedding day timeline, coordinates guest list, assembles and mails invitations, assists in creating a seating chart, coordinates hotel rooms and transportation if necessary, and assists in planning rehearsal.

  • Rehearsal coordination- organize rehearsal to ensure day of wedding

  • Day-of-coordination – ensures venders are on time and set up as directed. Ensures ceremony, photos, and reception are on schedule. Quickly and quietly handles any issues that may arise.

  • Post-wedding tasks – supervises cleanup and breakdown and ensures venders receive last payments and tips.

Wedding Coordination Starting at $4,000

(minimum 2-3 team members)

Hired approximately 4 to 8 weeks prior to wedding date to assist couple with last minute tasks:

  • Confirms venders

  • Creates seating chart

  • Creates wedding day timeline

  • Ensures day of wedding runs according to plan with Vendor

    (minimum 4 team members)

  • Works closely with couple to design wedding day concept, décor, and color palette.

  • Oversees décor budget and vendors (Florist, rentals, lighting)

  • Attends wedding venue site tour to visualize

  • Creates detailed floor plan

  • Ensures all décor elements are on site and in place day of wedding in time allotted
